Dr. Emma Porio, CCARPH Project Leader and Principal Investigator, will be conducting a special lecture with the Ochanomizu University in Japan tomorrow, January 18, at 4pm PST (5pm JST) on Women Leadership in Climate Change and Disaster Resilience in the Philippines. The lecture is part of a seminar series on Women’s Leadership in Asian Contexts.
